Chikankari, kantha, phulkari are famous hand emroidery used in salwar kameez. There are many decorative items that can be also embroided along with the thread like stars, beads, moti, gungroo, laces, stones and jewels etc.

• Machine Embroidered Salwar Kameez:-

In machine embroidered salwar suit, the main component of embroidery is threads of different colors and fabric like cotton, polyester, silk, resham, silver, gold etc. Machine embroidery has better look than the hand embroidered salwar kameez material.
Design patterns on embroidered salwar suit depend on the embroidery work,Lace Work, Bead Work etc.
