If an item is unsuitable, you can return it for a refund or exchange. Please return the goods within 10 days of receipt, unworn and in good condition with a letter mentioning the order number. We do not provide free return service, the reason being that we would need to increase the price of goods to cover the increased costs. We feel that this is a fair system for all our customers. You need to ensure that you get the proof of posting adequate insurance to cover the value of returned goods.

EXCHANGE & REFUNDS :-
If you would like to exchange your order with some other items or another size avaiable, we will be glad to assist you, however a postal charge would be charged again. Jewellery box or other Jewellery items will be neither exchanged nor refunded due to hygiene reasons.

You cannot return the goods on the grounds of color choice or handwork for any product, as once you order the product on the site you voluntarily confirm to its color and handwork details.

You are not entitled to return the products over the issue of price or shipment cost as you are already confirming to them when finalizing the order.

An amount of 35US$ will be deducted from the purchase price. In addition to this, 10% amount from total value is deducted as a transaction fees of payment gateway.

The cost of returning the products by express mail (3-5 day delivery mail) has to be borne by the customer.

The products have to be returned in original packaging.

Used products are not eligible for a return.

Money will be returned back once we have received the products in intact position (without any wear and tear) and passed by our Quality Department.
